i am a puerto rican sister who is from N.Y. Brooklyn to be exact and who has lived 11 years on the island and im still here. I will be residing at abu dhabi for 2yrs, and im making my change gradually to Islam but the faith is not well received here. Can u give me some advice. Thanks MF

Have you taken shahada yet? If so, how long ago? When you say "the faith is not well received here" what exactly do you mean? Are you living in PR, Brooklyn, Abu Dhabi, or some other place right now?
If can answer these questions and let me know what sort of advice you are seeking (moving, entering Islam, practicing Islam, problems with family members, etc.), I can better focus my answer.
